Refund & Cancellation Policy

We represent and resell products from various independent manufacturers. Because many of the products we sell are custom-made or built to order, our refund and cancellation policies are governed primarily by the policies of the individual manufacturer supplying your product.
Order Cancellation

All orders enter production once payment is received. As a result, orders generally cannot be cancelled after payment is processed.

Made-to-order and custom items are non-cancellable and non-refundable. This includes (but is not limited to) products with custom finishes, sizes, configurations, or wiring options.

Standard stocked items may be eligible for cancellation only if the manufacturer allows it and only before the item has shipped.
Change-of-Heart Cancellations

If a cancellation is permitted by the manufacturer, a change-of-heart fee will apply.

Fees typically range from 20% to 35% of the order value, depending on the manufacturer’s policies and any costs already incurred (production, handling, restocking, or freight).

Shipping charges (inbound or outbound) are non-refundable.
Refunds

Approved refunds are issued only after confirmation from the manufacturer and receipt of funds back from them.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Processing times vary by manufacturer and financial institution.
