Refund & Cancellation Policy

We represent and resell products from various independent manufacturers. Because many of the products we sell are custom-made or built to order, our refund and cancellation policies are governed primarily by the policies of the individual manufacturer supplying your product.

Order Cancellation
  • All orders enter production once payment is received. As a result, orders generally cannot be cancelled after payment is processed.

  • Made-to-order and custom items are non-cancellable and non-refundable. This includes (but is not limited to) products with custom finishes, sizes, configurations, or wiring options.

  • Standard stocked items may be eligible for cancellation only if the manufacturer allows it and only before the item has shipped.

Change-of-Heart Cancellations
  • If a cancellation is permitted by the manufacturer, a change-of-heart fee will apply.

  • Fees typically range from 20% to 35% of the order value, depending on the manufacturer’s policies and any costs already incurred (production, handling, restocking, or freight).

  • Shipping charges (inbound or outbound) are non-refundable.

Refunds
  • Approved refunds are issued only after confirmation from the manufacturer and receipt of funds back from them.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Processing times vary by manufacturer and financial institution.

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that manufacturer policies supersede our own and that many items are made specifically for you.
