By placing an order, you acknowledge that your purchase is fulfilled through third-party manufacturers and is subject to their respective policies and limitations.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However:

All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required before an order is released to production or shipment.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment authorization issues.
5. Order Acceptance & Production
Once an order is placed and payment is received, the order is submitted to the manufacturer and enters production. Many products are made-to-order or custom-configured.
Because of this:

Orders cannot typically be cancelled once production has begun.

Lead times are estimates only and provided by the manufacturer.

Delays may occur due to production schedules, material availability, or supply chain disruptions.
We are not liable for delays outside of our control.
6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
All cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy and are subject to manufacturer approval.
Key points include:

Custom and made-to-order items are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Stocked items may be eligible for cancellation prior to shipment, subject to manufacturer restocking or change-of-heart fees (typically 20%–35%).

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

7. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped directly from manufacturers or their distribution facilities. Shipping methods, carriers, and transit times vary by supplier and destination.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, carriers, customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier unless otherwise required by law.
8. Inspection & Damages
Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery. Any visible damage, shortages, or defects must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photographs and documentation.
Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement or claim processing with the manufacturer or carrier.
9. Warranty Disclaimer & Manufacturer Warranties
All products are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Warranty terms, coverage, and remedies are determined exclusively by the manufacturer.
We do not provide independent product warranties and are not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions, coverage limitations, or claim outcomes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
